Returns & Refunds Policy

Welcome to Mewar Furniture! We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to assist you.

Return Policy

You have 7 business days from the date you receive your furniture to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.

Customized or made-to-order furniture items are not eligible for returns.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at kalpanafurniture.trn@gmail.com or call 9571629757. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund once the issue is verified.
